About this task
This Series B corporate card and spend platform for marketplaces (51–200 employees) is looking for a director Fractional COO for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings and metrics that run the company.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Design the operating rhythm for a 50-person company and run the first quarter with leadership.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
