About this task
This Real-estate services firm in commercial property (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for an executive Fractional COO for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings and metrics that run the company.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The team sits in Toronto. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Design the operating rhythm for a 50-person company and run the first quarter with leadership.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
