About this task
This Public-sector services provider serving health agencies (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Survey & Insights Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Codes free-text answers into a consistent set of themes.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It supplies the public sector, so documentation follows contract rules.
The team sits in Santa Fe. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Code 1,500 open-text responses into 15 themes with agreement checks.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
