About this task
This machinery maker supplying aerospace (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Survey & Insights Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Codes free-text answers into a consistent set of themes.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Oregon, so this one is for residents there. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).
What you deliver
- Code 1,500 open-text responses into 20 themes with agreement checks.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
