About this task
This applied AI company for customer support (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Survey & Insights Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Codes free-text answers into a consistent set of themes.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.
The team sits in Munich. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.

How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
