About this task

This connectivity provider in fibre broadband (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager Survey & Insights Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Codes free-text answers into a consistent set of themes.

It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is a telecom company, with large datasets and long-running programmes.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Italy. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Code 1,500 open-text responses into 12 themes with agreement checks.
  • The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
  • A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included

How the work runs

  • Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
  • Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
  • Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

  • Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
  • You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
  • You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
