About this task
This Restaurant-technology company (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Contract Recruiter for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Supports offer terms, closing and the counter-offer risk.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It produces and sells food and drink, with seasonal peaks and strict labelling rules.
The team sits in Torrance. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Support the offer for a senior hire: salary data, call prep and closing conversation.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 4: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
