About this task

This education foundation in refugee support (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Employment Contract Specialist for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–12 h a month. A set of offer letters by role and country.

The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.

The team sits in Valencia. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.

What you deliver

  • Write 10 offer letter templates for five countries with variable fields.
  • A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
  • A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
  • A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost

What a month looks like

  • Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
  • Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
  • Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
