About this task
This machinery maker making building materials (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Talent Acquisition Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Helps close the candidates the company wants.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.
The team sits in Seattle. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.
What you deliver
- Support hiring managers on offers: pay, timing and candidate calls for senior hires.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Monday: main working block (2 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
