About this task
This telehealth provider for dental practices (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Talent Acquisition Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Helps close the candidates the company wants.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The company prefers a person who can come to Omaha for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Support hiring managers on offers: pay, timing and candidate calls for senior hires.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Wednesday: main working block (2 hours)
- Friday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
