About this task
This subscription commerce company for beauty (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Growth & Product Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Breaks the main metric into drivers teams can influence.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).

- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope

How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
