About this task

This construction group in logistics warehouses (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Growth & Product Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Breaks the main metric into drivers teams can influence.

It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.

The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.

What you deliver

  • Build a metric tree from revenue down to team-level inputs with owners.
  • A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
  • The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included

How the work runs

  • Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
  • Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
  • Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
