About this task

This streaming and audio company in lifestyle (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager SQL & ETL Support for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Connects a new data source and lands it in the warehouse.

The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It publishes content on a schedule, so editorial deadlines are fixed.

The team sits in Denver. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (MT).

What you deliver

• Connect HubSpot to the warehouse, map the fields and document sync schedules.
• A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
• The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
• One round of edits after the company's review is included

How the work runs

• Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
• Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
• Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in USD after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
