About this task
This international nonprofit in refugee support (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Supply Chain Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Models where to hold stock.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in District of Columbia, so this one is for residents there. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Model costs for two and three warehouse networks and show service trade-offs.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 11: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
