About this task
This beverage company in plant-based food (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager FP&A Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Actual against budget with explanations from the budget owners.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It produces and sells food and drink, with seasonal peaks and strict labelling rules.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Denmark works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Produce the October variance report for eight departments with a one-paragraph explanation on every variance above 10%.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Monday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
