About this task
This hospitality operator with city hotels (5,000+ employees) is looking for a specialist SEO Specialist for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Traffic, rankings and actions with commentary.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.
The team sits in Seattle. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).
What you deliver
- Produce the monthly organic report with wins, losses and next-month priorities.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Tuesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
