About this task

This hospitality operator in short-term rentals (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager SEO Specialist for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Traffic, rankings and actions with commentary.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.

The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in New York, so this one is for residents there. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.

What you deliver

• Produce the monthly organic report with wins, losses and next-month priorities.
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

• Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
• Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
• Monday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
