About this task

This Packaged-food brand in natural personal care (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager SEO Specialist for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Traffic, rankings and actions with commentary.

Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.

The team sits in Honolulu. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (HT).

What you deliver

• Produce the monthly organic report with wins, losses and next-month priorities.
• Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
• A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day

What a week looks like

• Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Tuesday: main working block (1 hours)
• Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.

• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
