About this task
This Series C accounting software company for nonprofits (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Email & Lifecycle Marketer for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Plans, writes and sends a newsletter with reporting.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The team sits in Lewisville. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).
What you deliver
- Produce and send the monthly newsletter with a plan, copy, design and results review.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Friday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Tuesday: main working block (1 hours)
- Thursday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
