About this task
This construction group in residential development (201–500 employees) is looking for a director PR & Communications for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Coverage, reach and sentiment with notes.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (NT).
What you deliver
- Compile monthly coverage with reach, key messages and share of voice against two competitors.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
