About this task

This Travel-technology company (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior B2B Content Writer for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–6 h a week. A set volume of articles each month at an agreed standard.

The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.

The team sits in Dublin. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (Irish time).

What you deliver

• Deliver four 1,500-word articles a month for a cybersecurity vendor, from approved briefs.
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

What a week looks like

• Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Wednesday: main working block (2 hours)
• Thursday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
