About this task
This digital bank serving farmers and food producers (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager Fractional Controller for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–6 h a week. Owns the close calendar, reviews every reconciliation and publishes the monthly package.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).
What you deliver

- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day

- Wednesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
