About this task
This Series C payments company for travel companies (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior AI Evaluator: HR for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Writes the reference answer used to grade AI output.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Poland.
What you deliver
- Write 15 reference answers on onboarding and offboarding with a grading checklist.
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Tuesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
