About this task

This property and casualty insurer for homeowners (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: HR for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Writes the reference answer used to grade AI output.

Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.

The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in North Carolina, so this one is for residents there.

What you deliver

  • Write 8 reference answers on onboarding and offboarding with a grading checklist.
  • Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
  • Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
  • A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead

What a week looks like

  • Thursday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
  • Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
  • Monday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
