About this task
This Growth-stage lending platform (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: HR for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Writes the reference answer used to grade AI output.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Luxembourg.
What you deliver
- Write 15 reference answers on onboarding and offboarding with a grading checklist.
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
What a week looks like
- Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 8 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
