About this task

This connectivity provider in IoT connectivity (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Learning & Development Designer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–24 h a month. A set of short, practical lessons.

The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It is a telecom company, with large datasets and long-running programmes.

The company prefers a person who can come to Cannes for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Create ten five-minute lessons on data privacy basics for all employees.
  • A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
  • A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
  • A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week

What a month looks like

  • Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
  • Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
  • Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items

Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
