About this task
This Series B mobile games company (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior BI Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Aligns teams on what each KPI means and writes it down.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It is a games studio with release dates that move the whole calendar.
The team sits in Washington, D.C.. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Run two workshops to agree definitions for 20 company KPIs and publish the metric dictionary.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 4: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
