About this task
This management consulting firm for family businesses (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Runs the recurring project meetings and keeps decisions on record.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.

- Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
