About this task
This health charity in refugee support (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Runs the recurring project meetings and keeps decisions on record.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Texas, so this one is for residents there. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.
What you deliver
- Chair the weekly project meeting, keep to the agenda and publish decisions within two hours.
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Friday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Wednesday: main working block (2 hours)
- Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
