About this task
This international nonprofit in global health (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Runs the recurring project meetings and keeps decisions on record.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Oklahoma, so this one is for residents there. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).
What you deliver

- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day

- Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Friday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
