About this task
This Series B collaboration software company for retailers (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Runs the recurring project meetings and keeps decisions on record.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The team sits in Limoges. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Chair the weekly project meeting, keep to the agenda and publish decisions within two hours.
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Monday: main working block (2 hours)
- Thursday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
