About this task
This recruiting platform for healthcare staffing (11–50 employees) is looking for a senior Project Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Runs the recurring project meetings and keeps decisions on record.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It works in staffing and HR technology, and the team is used to external specialists.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Florida, so this one is for residents there. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Chair the weekly project meeting, keep to the agenda and publish decisions within two hours.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Thursday: main working block (2 hours)
- Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
