Matter Management Cleanup · Aerospace

About this task

This defence technology company making satellite parts (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Legal Operations for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Cleans and structures matter data.

It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It works in aerospace, where change control and documentation are formal.

The team sits in Dublin. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (Irish time).

What you deliver

• Clean 500 matter records and standardise types and owners.
• A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
• A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
• The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed

How the work runs

• Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
• Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
• Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
