About this task
This digital media company covering technology (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Paralegal for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Keeps matter files organised and deadlines clear.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It publishes content on a schedule, so editorial deadlines are fixed.
The team sits in Paris. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Organise matter files, update the docket and send a weekly deadline list.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
