About this task
This Series B healthcare services group for primary care (201–500 employees) is looking for a specialist Paralegal for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Keeps matter files organised and deadlines clear.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The company prefers a person who can come to Bremen for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Organise matter files, update the docket and send a weekly deadline list.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Thursday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Monday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
