Marketing Strategy Answer Rating

About this task

This health insurer covering small businesses (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior AI Evaluator: Marketing for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Rates AI answers about plans, channels and measurement.

The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Czechia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.

What you deliver

• Rate 30 AI-written campaign plans for realistic budgets, channels and metrics.
• A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
• Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
• Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field

What a week looks like

• Thursday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
• Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
• Tuesday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
