Marketing Leadership Hour · Travel

About this task

This hospitality operator in tours and activities (201–500 employees) is looking for a director Marketing Manager for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. One hour with an experienced marketing leader on a hire, a budget or a channel decision.

The company has one decision to take and wants a senior view before it does. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Greece. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.

What you deliver

• Review a founder's marketing budget and hiring plan and answer three specific questions on what to do first.
• No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
• Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
• One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before

How the work runs

• Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
• Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
• Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
