Marketing Leadership Hour (Zoom)

About this task

This digital marketing agency for travel brands (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Marketing Manager for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. One hour with an experienced marketing leader on a hire, a budget or a channel decision.

A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Cyprus works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.

What you deliver

• Review a founder's marketing budget and hiring plan and answer three specific questions on what to do first.
• No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
• A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
• Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them

How the work runs

• Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
• Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
• Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
