About this task
This Personal-care brand (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Marketing Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Where each marketing dollar goes and what it returns.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.

What you deliver
- Review the last four quarters of spend by channel against pipeline and revenue and recommend where to cut and where to add.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
