About this task

This Series B expense management software company for nonprofits (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Pricing & Competitive Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Contribution margin by product and customer type.

The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Belgium. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.

What you deliver

  • Calculate gross margin by customer segment and highlight the three least profitable groups.
  • A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
  • A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included

How the work runs

  • Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
  • Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
  • Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
