About this task
This commercial bank serving professional firms (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Policy & Handbook Writer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–12 h a month. One-page guides for common manager tasks.
The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.
The company prefers a person who can come to Paris for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.

What a month looks like

- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
