About this task
This property and casualty insurer for travel (501–1,000 employees) is looking for an executive Fractional HR Business Partner for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. A short coaching call for a manager facing a people issue.
A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.
What you deliver
- Coach a first-time manager on a performance conversation and agree next steps.
- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
- Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
