About this task
This Series C E-commerce platform for children's clothing (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Fractional HR Business Partner for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. A short coaching call for a manager facing a people issue.
The company has one decision to take and wants a senior view before it does. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).
What you deliver

- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
- Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session

- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
