About this task
This Series B subscription commerce company (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Fractional HR Business Partner for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. A short coaching call for a manager facing a people issue.
A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Spain. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Coach a first-time manager on a performance conversation and agree next steps.
- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
- No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
- Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
