Manager Coaching Session

About this task

This beverage company for restaurants (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Fractional HR Business Partner for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. A short coaching call for a manager facing a people issue.

A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It produces and sells food and drink, with seasonal peaks and strict labelling rules.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Hungary. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Coach a first-time manager on a performance conversation and agree next steps.
• One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
• Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
• No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend

How the work runs

• Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
• Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
• Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
