About this task
This Agri-business in crop analytics (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Fractional HR Business Partner for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. A short coaching call for a manager facing a people issue.
The company has one decision to take and wants a senior view before it does. It is an agri-business, so the calendar follows the growing season.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Coach a first-time manager on a performance conversation and agree next steps.
- No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
