About this task
This Series C business banking company for mid-market companies (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Paid Ads Specialist for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Targeting, forms and reporting for B2B campaigns.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The team sits in Eindhoven. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.

- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
