About this task

This Personal-care brand in baby care (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Paid Ads Specialist for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Targeting, forms and reporting for B2B campaigns.

The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.

The team sits in Brighton. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).

What you deliver

• Launch a LinkedIn lead-gen campaign to finance directors with matched audiences and a budget cap.
• A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
• One round of edits after the company's review is included
• A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope

How the work runs

• Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
• Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
• Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in GBP after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
