About this task
This agritech company in greenhouse growing (11–50 employees) is looking for a director Fractional CFO for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Compliance certificates and covenant calculations that go to a lender.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It is an agri-business, so the calendar follows the growing season.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Belgium. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Prepare the quarterly covenant calculation and the compliance certificate draft, with a tie-out to the ledger.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 4: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
