About this task

This brand and creative agency for consumer brands (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Learning & Development Designer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A multi-month programme with sessions and assessments.

The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Slovakia. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Outline a six-month leadership programme for 20 new managers with measures of impact.
• One round of edits after the company's review is included
• A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
• A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope

How the work runs

• Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
• Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
• Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
